We want you to love your new Seychelles shoes 100% but on the rare occasion you don't, please follow these few steps for happy returns:
1. We accept returns on unworn shoes within 30 days from the date we shipped your shoes.
2. Please complete the return form that was included with your purchase and return it with the shoes back to the return address provided. We recommend using a traceable shipping service such as FedEx, Priority Mail, or UPS to ship the shoes back to us.

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping cost. We are unable to accept returns that have been worn. Please do not wear your new shoes until you are certain that the fit is correct. Shoes that have been worn will be refused for return.
1. Please complete the return form included with your purchase and note the size, style, and color that you are exchanging your item for on the form. Returns may be shipped back to us along with the completed form using a traceable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail. Please note Seychelles Footwear is not responsible for return shipping charges.
2. For all Canadian exchanges, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the duty charges on any styles shipped as a replacement.
3. We want to make sure you get the correct size so we will pick up the tab on the shipping charge to send you the new size.
